Beet Salad

Ingredient -- Preparation Method

--------------------------------

candy cane beets*

golden beets*

pear

feta cheese

micro greens*

 

 

Dice beets and roast at 350° until tender. 

 

Dice pears.

 

When beets are cool, place on a bed of micro greens.  Top with pears and

crumbled feta.  Salad can be drizzled with Lemon Basil Walnut Vinaigrette.
