How many tablespoons equal
one egg?
Well, that depends on the size of the
egg! Most recipes call out for Large
eggs. One large egg yields a little over
three and a quarter tablespoons of egg white and egg yolk. In order to properly measure eggs of unknown
size, separate several eggs, beat them slightly, then
use the measurements below.
