Winter Market

How It Works

 

 

Overview:

 

- We will post an updated product and price list on the Wednesday or Thursday before each pick-up date.

- An email message will be sent to our mailing list when the updated product and price list has been posted.

- Place your order by 6 pm on the Friday before the pick-up date.

- You will receive a confirmation message with a final total and Wyoming pick-up location for your order
   by Monday.

- Bring your payment (exact change in cash or a check payable to Wyoming Farmers' Market) with
  you on Tuesday. 

- Pick up your products.

- Initial the Master List (to acknowledge receipt).

- Deposit payment in the lockbox.

- Enjoy your favorite products from Wyoming Ave. Farmers’ Market vendors all winter!

Order Process:

 

You may place your order two ways:

- email to orders@wyomingfarmersmarket.net

- fax to 513.761.6263

 

Sorry, we CAN NOT accept telephone orders – the phone line is connected directly to the fax machine and does not ring.

 

If you order by email, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.  A detailed confirmation email with a final total (some products are sold based on weight) will be emailed some time on the Monday of pick-up week.

 

If you fax in your order, please be sure to include an email address so that we may send you a final total for your purchases.

 

All orders must be received by 6 pm on the Friday before the pick-up date.  This allows ample time for us to process the order, send you a confirmation, and forward the order to the appropriate vendor(s).

 

Standing orders:   if you would like to have the same order each week, please let us know.  We will automatically order all products on that form for you for pick-up through April 13.  Please let us know if you would like to pay for your “standing order” once for all product through April or if you prefer to pay on each pick-up date.

 

 

Pick-up Process:

 

Orders will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm on Springfield Pike in Wyoming (exact address to be sent in your confirmation message).  Products will be placed on the right-side front porch and labeled by vendor and, sometimes, by shopper.  All orders must be picked up by 6 pm.  Any orders not picked up by 7 pm of the pick-up date may be donated to charity.  If you are unable to personally pick up your order, you may have a representative retrieve and pay for your order.  Please be sure to explain the pick-up process to your representative.

 

When you arrive:

- do not park in any driveways,

- retrieve your purchases from the appropriately labeled boxes or coolers,

- initial the master order form (attached to the clipboard), and

- drop your payment into the lock box.

 

You may pay for your order two ways:

- in cash (exact change required)

- by personal check* payable to Wyoming Ave. Farmers’ Market.  Please do not make checks payable
  to individual vendors.
